These Terms and Conditions apply when you use dripsystem.co.uk or purchase products sold under the DripSystem UK trading name. DripSystem UK is operated by RETRETO NEXT LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15166864 and VAT number GB 493 7070 67.

2. Products and Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Any measurements stated are approximate unless expressly described as exact.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that your order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The price payable is the price shown at checkout when the order is placed. Payment must be authorised before an order is dispatched.
5. Shipping and Delivery
UK delivery is free. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by events outside our reasonable control. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person nominated by you.
6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
We offer a 90-day commercial return policy in addition to your statutory rights. For non-faulty returns, the customer pays return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, DripSystem UK will cover reasonable return costs where required by law. UK consumers also normally have a 14-day statutory cancellation period for distance purchases. Full conditions and instructions are set out in our Returns Policy.
7. 12-Month Product Warranty
Products are covered by a 12-month commercial warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing and material defects arising during normal use. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification or normal wear and tear. We may request an order number and photographs or video to assess a claim. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
8. Faulty Goods and Statutory Rights
Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. Website text, graphics, branding and other content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where allowed by law.
10. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
11. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and will contact affected customers where appropriate.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, business practices or legal requirements change. The Terms in force when an order is placed will apply to that purchase.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and contracts made through this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also have the right to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom where they live.
